    I can't even sign into xbox live on hughes net...When I turn my console on, it says that an update is required to sign in to xbox live, but it's currently unavailable...I installed the update via flash drive after downloading it on my computer, so I know
    that the update stuck, but I can't sign in to xbox live at all...I can download updates and everything else, just can't sign in...so GAY!!!!

    You can check here to see if you have any type of enforcement action on your account.

    If not i'd contact support here to see if it's an outstanding payment or something else.They are the only ones with access to your account & billing info.
