I can't sign in to my Xbox account on my series s

Ok so i signed in to my account and was able to play games but what I realized is that whenever I use the controller with my strike pack attached it worked for that session but when I turned the game off and tried to hop on say the next day I would have issues sign-in again. Do u know of any shadow banning system in place for 3rd part accessories??

Ps I only use the strike pack for the extra buttons ,I don't use the mods

I won't sell it then if it's bannable. I got a new series s and if I sign in with that account, will the games appear on my new Xbox?

• You can play disc based Xbox One and BC games on a Series X. The Series S does not have a Blu-ray drive. Series S is a digital only console. You can't play discs on it.
• Xbox accounts work on Xbox 360, Xbox One, Windows 10, Series X and S. All you need to do is sign in. All your digital games/DLCs, achievements and save games come with you. You don't need a separate account for Series X/S. In addition, your Xbox account
  will continue to function on any of your old consoles. You just won't be able to sign in on two devices with one account at the same time.

Okay so just to make sure I understand.....

I make my sons Series S (MY) Home Console.....

He can play Online with me if I am on my PC signed in as me.
I can also sign into my own Series X and play my games.

We wont be playing together on XBOX on both Series S and Series X.
