I can't sign in to my xbox account in mcpe

I have a Redmi Note 11 and when want to sign in it shows me my profile,after i click on let's go it just gets me back to the loading screen and I'm not signed in. i rey don't know what to do.Mcpe Version is 1.19.40 (i

like the 1.19 versions more than new ones)

Hi! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community, not a Microsoft employee. Hope you are doing well!

If I got it right, this is the Minecraft PE you are having problems with. Have you somehow tried to reinstall the game? If so, try to force stop the app as well before you launch it.

This can be done via the settings of your phone. Go to storage settings, then local storage, apps and games, Minecraft. Click on app permissions and give it access to contacts and storage. Then use the Force Stop. Next time you open Minecraft it should let you log in normally.

In case the same problem persist, close the game again. Try downloading an Xbox app first on your mobile and sign in your Microsoft account there, once signed in go back and open the game and try signing in.

I tried it with cellular data and an error code popped up called crossbow, I'm currently searching what is the crossbow popup

Edit:I found out what it is and did what im supposed to and it's still not working idk what else to do. Do i reset my device to fabric settings?

Sorry to hear about that Mixa! Have you also tried reinstalling the game itself?

Also, if you somehow have a different internet connection try to connect to it and see if you will be able to login to the game. If you are somehow using VPN, try turning it off as that might also cause some sign in issues.

I reinstalled and tried the internet thing and it still doesn't work also i don't use a Vpn, maybe if i use cellular data, but i highly doubt it.

I tried both methods and they didn't work,after that i tried to get a different kind of sign in pop-up so went to join a server and it said a few things: "We couldn't authenticate your login",The next thing was:"Wrong version of minecraft (557) please update"

And one was something about xbox.

I don't know what to do now.
