I can't sign in to my Xbox account from my computer

Try signing in on your phone. If you have a condole try the web browser as well. Weird that it woild take you to the support page tho.

I got a new computer and I tried to sign into my account, but it is not letting me sign into it it's just saying it can't sync

FYI, I just can't access the account signed onto my Xbox just on a computer, because the person doesn't use it anymore, and I have no Idea what the account info was.

I'm cranky because I can't sign in to live from my console and can't even play my game off line, I tried! I thought these Microsoft people were the wizards of 'online and all things computer', so why isn't this fixed yet? Why am I on Xbox live on my computer??????

Hello Georges, thank you for replying to my question. Yes I have Windows 11 version 21H2. I unfortunately can't download the Xbox companion app due to the problem of being unable to sign into a Microsoft account on my computer. I am able to sign into my Microsoft account on the Xbox and Microsoft website its just the apps I have trouble signing in to.
