I can't sign in to my XBOX 360 profile

Have your changed your password recently?

360s do not like passwords longer then 16 characters. If your password is longer then 16 characters change it to something less.

Have you changed your gamertag recently?

When you change your gamertag you have to go in and redownload your profile.

I would first suggest going to https://account.microsoft.com/ to make sure your email and password work allowing you to sign

into your Microsoft account.

Hi and thanks for posting in the forums today.

So theres a guide here with steps to follow if you see this error code

Could you give these steps a try and let us know how you geton??

Do they care though because I reported the outage too but it shows all green nobody seems to acknowledge the issue just cuz we all consoles don't mean we don't want to play our games
