    I can’t sign in to my profile


    I got this problem a few days ago, Im trying to sign in to my profile and it won’t let me, it’s telling me to try another time and to check my Xbox status. I did check my Xbox status and it’s all green and saying there is no problem, what do I do?

    (It did let me sign in once but a soon as I started up a game it logged me out)

    Hi there,

    We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. We recommend powering down your console, unplug the console and router for five full minutes, and see if this helps the issues. Sometimes refreshing your profile by
    removing your profile and adding it again can help as well. Be sure to try these tips and let us know how that goes.

    I tried the avatar change and saved it and still doesn’t work. And the video shows deleting the profile but my profile doesn’t even appear. How come I can sign in on Xbox one and Microsoft.com no problem but I just can’t sign into the 360 emulator?
