I can't sign in to my account. When I do, it loads and NEVER stops. I have been idle for 40-50 Minutes and it still didn't load.

I am really desperate for an answer that can be able to help me.

I have also read the common issues.

I can't sign in to my account

I have my Xbox live account set to automatically sign in when I turn on my Xbox. However when I turn it on instead of signing in I get a message saying "sorry (my name)". It then says to try and sign in using a controller and when I try that it gives me
a green loading circle and it won't move past that point. What isn't happening why is jt doing this and how do I fix it

Can't sign in to my account

Hello

I am having trouble signing in to my account in the xbox one S. Every time I select my account it will just have a green circle on screen as if it's loading and will not go any further.

I have already logged in once before and started to download some games but next day went back on to check download % and will not let me log in.

Not sure if I'm being stupid or if the xbox is faulty.

Please log out of all profiles and remove your profile from the console. Then perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the
console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and try logging in.

I'm sorry about the sign in issues. There is currently a
Service Alertout right now for our Xbox Live Core services.
The error code 0x8a4001a is usually what most will see. Another error message is
"There was a problem please try again later."

There are many posting to remove and redownload your profile, as this has helped a few you can try this step.
Although, being the service alert is for signing in there are some who are
unable to re-download profile after removing it. We suggest just waiting it out keep checking the service status. Also, there is way to get notified once there's an update with the Service alert.

If you decide to try the removal of the profile and not sure how to do so here is a link for it. As well as there is a link on how to Power cycle your console.

In this situation, I would advise that you take a look over the
compromised Account troubleshooter just in case. Seeing that you're seeing an unknown Xbox in your my devices for your account. You should definitely change your accounts password after removing access to all devices currently associated with your Microsoft
account.

Glad to hear it. For future reference, every time you make a change to your gamertag (email, password, etc) you need to redownload it via the BC menu
