I can't sign in to cancel my Xbox Game Pass subscription?

Hey there,

I'm somehow able to sign in through the Microsoft site without enough issue, but the moment I get off this page I'm logged off and can't log back in. When trying to access the xbox support page it prompts me to sign in and either just refreshes the page when clicking sign in, or goes to a username log in page, followed by a password page, and then back to the username page infinitely. I can't contact support because they keep asking me to log in! I just want to cancel my subscription but I can't because I need to be logged in to do so. Please help haha. It's the same way on my phone too, completely unable to login (correct username and password of course)

To make sure you are able to sign in your Microsoft account without an issue, go to the account signing in page and sign in your account. If you forgot password, you can select 'Forgot my password' and follow the instruction to how to reset your password. Make sure not to enter incorrect password many times as this will trigger your account to be blocked due to suspicious activity.

Wow haha, it was really that simple. Here I made an entirely new account which I could log in to and tried to contact support to have them cancel my subscription for my primary account to no luck. It was simply clearing my cache! I can't fathom what connected to my primary account would cause such a hassle but you're my hero my friend.

I love my Ultimate game pass, But if you want to change back You can cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate by signing in at www.xbox.com/accounts,
