That isn't something support does either. An account is migrated in a case of a compromised account. Changing your gamertag email address isn't possible. What you can do is sign out of the Microsoft store and sign in there using the account with the subscription. You will not be able to play previously downloaded games from the Store that way but you can always sign in with the store account to play them.

Joining both accounts isn't an option.

I'm having the same issue. Can't sign in to my Microsoft Account on my Xbox One S, so can't play anything. Sign in page just remains grey, and if I press B it comes up with "Something went wrong. Please try again later. 0x801901f4".

This code isn't listed in the error code search function. What's going on Microsoft?

Why would I do that? My Xbox 360 can't sign into Live either. The issue isn't related to the games... Microsoft's servers aren't working and we all know it.

I could try that but the message also shows on local accounts and I can't connect to the internet because it shows me the same can't sign in message for some reason. There isn't any parental controls on the xbox either.

Minecraft told me they can't locate accounts. Which is surprising as it says if you have account issues on the game you can contact them. They can't locate anything related to accounts and Sony can't either as its a third party account system and obviously micrsoft can't see if I have another hidden email attached to my psn account as they don't have access either.

Thanks for trying to help but I've being sent around to all the parties involved. Sony, Microsoft and minecraft and no one is taking responsibility. Minecraft just isn't worth the trouble.
