i cant sign in to an old account

im trying to sign in to my old xbox/microsoft account that my mother made for me. she recently passed and i do not know the password. is there anyway to get a password reset?

I cant sign in to xbox live account because its connected to an old email thats not active and I dont remember the password

are you signing into each profile?

yes you have to log into the individual accounts to do the transfer

you cant login into one account and click transfer all dlc

you need to sign into each account and goto account management and do a license transfer

if the accounts are less then 4months old that can affect it
