I cant sign in on xbox.com or get backwards compatible gold games on my xbox one

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this difficulty trying to get this backward compatible game.
I'm not sure if you have or not, but I think it might be best for you to try the claim for this game off of a 360 console instead. This being because the 360
consolecan communicate better with
360 marketplace
than the XboxOne, that has to access it through an emulator.

Have you double checked by trying to redownload your profile or power cycle the console?.

Make sure that the profile is correct and that your gold account is up to date. Do a hard reatart on the console and make sure that yhe store is updated. Then go to the store throgh the console . Go to the 360 games and try to download again. Also make
sure that your CC on file is current and upto date

Is it saying anything about privacy settings when you check it?

Which games is it you are not getting on your Xbox One, that are also on the backwards compatible list?

Try signing into your account on Xbox.com and searching those specific games, and select to download it on the Xbox One store
