I cant sign in on xbox.com but I can sign in on the app?

Hello Emil, in your situation I recommend you to reach Microsoft support in one of the next two ways:

A. Opening the Get Help app in your Windows PC and start a chat from there

B. Sign in with another account temporarily and start a new chat or request a callback, then explain the situation to the Microsoft agent who contact you

The problem occurs no matter what browser or device I am trying to sign in to.

I have tried with Safari, Google and egde on both my phone and computer. However the problem does not occur when signing in to support.xbox.com. Only on xbox.com.

Yes I am able to sign in using the link you sent me with and without a VPN.

But I cant still not sign in on xbox.com when I am using a VPN.
