I cant sign in on the xbox app

    I cant sign in on the xbox app


    On my laptop, every time I open my Xbox app, it seems as though it is going to prompt me to sign in, but then it says "we cant sign u in right now". So if I click sign in again, nothing happens, even after waiting days to weeks for it to work. Even if I
    click need help nothing happens it just goes on the screen again. My error code is (0x409) 0x83750007. I really need some help so some troubleshoot or anything will be appreciated.

    We cant sign you into xbox live

    I try to sign into xbox on the xbox app but it always says we cant sign you into xbox live I am trying everything and it will not work

    i cant sign in!!! help!!

    ok, so a while back LIVE sent me a message over xbox live and said that i needed to enter in a security code for my account so no one else could sign in to it. i ignored it. a few days ago i was at my friends house and i couldnt download my account. an error code popped up. now when i try to sign in to xbox live on my computer, it makes me go through all this crap. my email hooked up to xbox live is hotmail and it is microsoft too. i have to enter that stuff in my hotmail account too! Help! I cant sign in on the xbox app :eek: I cant sign in on the xbox app :confused:

    Please try to follow these steps. Make sure to close any games and applications before proceeding.

    Ensure that you are on the most recent version of the Xbox app

    Microsoft Store app > Downloads > Get updates/Update all

    Ensure that you have updated your PC to the most recent version of Windows, including optional updates

    PC Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates > Install

    Open the Microsoft Store by pressing Windows Key + S, typing Microsoft Store, and selecting App Settings.

    Click on Repair and then Reset the app.

    Repeat the same process for the Xbox App

    Restart Your Device:

    After repairing and resetting both apps, restart your device.

    Sign back into both the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store using the same email.

    Check if this resolves the issue. Thank you!
