    i cant sign in on my xbox one


    I cant sign into my xbox account on the xbox,have tried all the ways stated on the internet.

    Also i get this code coming up 0x800704cf

    It says im connected to the internet in settings,but when i go to sign in it says you need an internet connection.Very frustrating!!

    Can any one help please.

    i cant sign in!!! help!!

    ok, so a while back LIVE sent me a message over xbox live and said that i needed to enter in a security code for my account so no one else could sign in to it. i ignored it. a few days ago i was at my friends house and i couldnt download my account. an error code popped up. now when i try to sign in to xbox live on my computer, it makes me go through all this crap. my email hooked up to xbox live is hotmail and it is microsoft too. i have to enter that stuff in my hotmail account too! Help! i cant sign in on my xbox one :eek: i cant sign in on my xbox one :confused:

    Did tried to reboot or reset your router? This fixed that error code in serveral other gamers.

    Update :

    in profile and system menu when i choice + add new it should lead me to title screen to entering my email and password but , after 2 second it will show the black screen and it moves to xbox dashboard . its almost 1 day i cant play with my xbox because after
    i did reset but keep my games and app now i dont have any account on my console and even i cant play offline .

    when xbxo dont show me the screen to entering my email and password what can i do ? how can i fix this ??????????

    Xbox Live Status works fine but i cant sign in ? my xbox one s connected to internet but i cant sign in . i will be appreciated if anyone can help me how i can fix this .
