    I can't sign in on my xbox account


    Hi,

    For the past hour, I've been trying to sign in on my xbox account, but everytime I do so, it doesn't even let me enter my password before showing a "Something went wrong, please try again later" message.

    I've tried everything I could find on Google and xbox support (restarting the xbox, unplugging the power cord, waiting 30 seconds and then plugging it back in, making sure my xbox has all the updates installed), but since it's a bit late right now, I can't directly contact the xbox help support center.

    I also tried typing the error code on Google (0x8007003B) and it tells me that's it's probably a network issue, but that's just not possible.

    I'm honestly just really disappointed that I had to spend so much time trying to figure out what's wrong and that the xbox help center page is straight up useless, because you can't even write an email or anything.

    If anyone has had the same issue before or know anything about it, I'd appreciate some advice on how to fix it.

    Glad to hear it. For future reference, every time you make a change to your gamertag (email, password, etc) you need to redownload it via the BC menu
