I can’t sign in on my Microsoft Account in Minecraft on PS5

I’m most positive that you have gotten this type of complaint before which is the one I’m doing “I can’t log into my Microsoft Account on PS5 because it says I already have an account and I can’t log into another one”. But my reason because of that is because back then I had an old Microsoft account for Minecraft (I play Minecraft on PS5), the Microsoft Account had some problems and therefore I had no choice but to delete it. The account gaming name is “J Inquisitor” and I’ve played on that account for a bit. Then I had to make another Microsoft account which is the one I’m using right now to submit this problem. For awhile I never had the ability to log into this new account on Minecraft PS5 because I had the other account “J Inquisitor” on the PS5, I never had the ability to get Realms, I never had the ability to buy something off the Minecraft Marketplace because if I did most likely it would not save if I decided to move to another platform. I know that some things you cannot control, but this is genuinely a serious problem that not just me but a lot of people have to suffer through. So I ask you: Is there a way I can fix this issue and if I can have the ability to log this account onto my Minecraft PS5? I want to have the ability to play Minecraft to the fullest, I want to be able to play on Realms with my friends, and I want to be able to buy things that may save on this account. I hope that you may find a way to fix this and to fix it for not just me but for many other such as removing the ability to sign in only once, and letting people sign in on other account in case something goes wrong with an account. Hopefully you guys can work this out back at the workplace and solve this problem as well as with PS5 maybe. Just do what you need to do to insure that this won’t be a forever problem because everybody wants to play at the fullest.
