I can't sign in on Minecraft, I get an error that there is already an account linked?

However, if i sign in to this account i get the same error. When i go to account --> there is no account signed in and it says to go login and then it starts all over.

I've tried multiple accounts, nothing is working.

I tried unlinking on the PS-account, but it can't find minecraft there, als not in the microsoft account. It's been this way ever since we got the PS5 on the PS4 we did not have this problem.

Please be informed that there is a Minecraft/Mojang account migration to a Microsoft account. Have you already migrated your Minecraft account to a Microsoft account? If so, your Minecraft account and Microsoft account are linked as one already.

What just happened when you proceed with it? Are you getting any error message or error code?

Hi Joseph,

I have already tried to do the recovery ticket and I received an error that the account I entered did not exist. However, Minecraft gives me the error message stating I need to sign in with my previous linked account and provides the gamer tag.

When I entered my gamertag into the recovery form, it states the account does not exist.
