    I can't sign in ive tried EVERTHING. What should I do?


    I can't sign into my xbox account on my console, it just sends me to a loading screen and then return me to the home menu. I've tried everything ; hard reset, power cycle, connecting a wired connection, factory resetting and even an offline system update. I've removed my account and now I can't even add it or any account back. What should I do?

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you are able to, have you tried creating a mobile hotspot on your phone and connecting Xbox to that and see if you can sign in? If it works, it would point to your home internet causing the issue.
