I cant sign in into my XBOX ONE account.

Hi, as my title says it, I can't sign in into my XBOX ONE account, the error that appears is: OX-800706ba

Can you let me know what is going on and how to fix this? Ive tried so far ALL the steps at the Xbox Forums to fix the issue but so far nothing yet.

i cant sign into the adult account on the xbox one because i dont know where to go and my privacy is on custom but i still cant buy games

Hi thanks for reply, cant even sign in on my existing account so I cant add one either, I think maybe my xbox one has decided to give up, may have to get a new one?

try a full reset on you consol,e hold power button for 1 secs, so wait 2 minutes and turn it on again.

I would try a hard reset and if it's still doing this, it might be a problem on Xbox Live's end. Try contacting Support from there
(1-800-469-9269) and they should be able to help you. Good luck!
