    I can't sign in in my xbox account on my computer


    Whenever i try to sign into my xbox account I get an error about internet connection, but i have full acces to the network so thats not the problem , i've been trying to fix this for months and i cant seem to figure out what to do. I have a computer , windows 10 i tried everything i saw on youtube but nothing seemed to work. And i cant download games from the gamepass but i do have the xbox ultimate game pass. Can you please help me?

    Try signing in on your phone. If you have a condole try the web browser as well. Weird that it woild take you to the support page tho.

    Hello Georges, thank you for replying to my question. Yes I have Windows 11 version 21H2. I unfortunately can't download the Xbox companion app due to the problem of being unable to sign into a Microsoft account on my computer. I am able to sign into my Microsoft account on the Xbox and Microsoft website its just the apps I have trouble signing in to.
