Well I can't not download my gamer tag or sign in it to. But why I can sign in to my Xbox online noproble. And I can't sign in to my Xbox 360. Can you help me .

Can you please elaborate a bit more on this? What troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix this issue? Are you seeing any error messages or error codes? Does a power cycle of the console help? (Hold the power button for 10 seconds until the system shuts
off, then turn it back on)

Hello! I would recommend power cycling your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the console powers off. Turn your console back on and attempt to sign in. You may also clear your console's cache by powering off your console and unplugging
it for at least 5 minutes. Power back on and attempt to sign in. If you still can't sign in, contact Xbox Support for additional help.

I'm having the same problem. I load my xbox one it pulls up the main menu but does not log me in. I go to log in manually but it kinda of just kicks me back and asks to choose a profile. I have unplugged it, I held the power button down and still doesn't
work. Sometimes when I do that stuff it will log me in but not to live and then I get signed out and the process repeats.

So what I did to fix my problem was I signed in offline and it loaded fine. Go to your settings and go offline. It's an Internet connection problem with your router
