I can't sign in and when I do I can't load games

I try to sign in and after about 5 minutes I get a message Try again in a while
sorry looks like our service isn't working right. To check Xbox Live service status go to
Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support. I signed in once and I could do anything like text and join parties but I couldn't open any games or apps they would just keep loading, I need help please I already tried restarting the console
and clicking keep games I also held my finger on the power button and it still doesn't work when I turn the Xbox on

It won't let me sign in for xbox360smartglass

It says "can't sign in to Xbox services please try again"

And to be clear, you already tried a Factory Reset with keeping games and apps installed?

Xbox Live Social and Gaming services are limited at the moment. This means In-game matchmaking, cloud storage, finding friends, Game DVR, leaderboards, avatar editing, or pictures are affected.

Also, a subset of users will experience issues when attempting to launch or install Forza Motorsport 7.

Xbox is aware of this issue and is working on it. Find out more information here-

Try uninstalling and installing the game as this was not supposed to be happening.

I understand, I believe this is happening because the game is still in the preview phase, some functions may not be supported yet. Thanks for letting us know.

This didn't work, I used an American layout and it worked, but it doesn't work with a Nordic one.
