    when I try to log in to another of my accounts on the xbox page it tells me that I have tried it many times with an incorrect password and it says it is blocked, that was when I forgot the password so I had to change it a month ago but still he does not
    let me enter the page, I need to access the page because in that account I bought a renewable gold membership and I want to cancel the monthly renewal before the 24th of this month or if he will not charge me, what can I do. (It's just the page where he will
