    I had preordered FIFA 16 1 1/2 months ago and received my 1-month EA Access code through Xbox messages. Now, I can't view it anymore. Is there a way I can get the code re-sent to my account?

    I have tried several times to send a message to different people and some people I can send messages to and some people it says can't send a message and it's got a smiley face above the wording is this something on my end or is this the way the
    player has there XBox one setup

    This maybe a current issue with Xbox Live servers or your broadband connection itself. Check the offical Xbox support page and Xbox live status
