Discus and support i cant sent a message to someone on xboxlive in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I cant sent a message on xboxlive keep saying go to support.xbox/fix-messaging and I went to that site and I put my cellphone too and it didn't work...     For some reason i cant sent any messages. When i try to sent them via xbox one it says message failed. When i try to sent them via xbox.com it says that i cant sent messages cause of my recent bad behavior ???? I cant understand i didnt do anything and i
    when i go in my profile it says good reputation. Can someone give me an answer and how i will be able to sent messages again

    Can you check to ensure you don't have any active suspensions on your account for communications. You may check by visiting your enforcement history here: Enforcement History.

    Please check and make sure that your Microsoft Account security proofs are current (Recovery Email, Primary Phone number, etc..) Security.

    Are you able to send messages on Xbox.com (Sign-in to Xbox.com>My Xbox>Messages)?

    Hello SILVERWULF666

    You need to get into your friend Xbox Profile options in your Xbox and check if i enabled or disabled the communication option, if is disabled just turn it enabled and try to send/receive a message.
