    I CANT SEND MESSAGES


    Hi, my name is Daniel and i cant send messages. I have talked with 3 different xbox supporters and they told me to come here. I have tried a lot of things and the main message its that because my past behavior i cant send messages, but supporters told me
    its a xbox servers issue.

    What else should i do? 6 months ago i notice that message

    Hey, Vapid by any chance do you have a communications ban on your account? Have you tried calling Microsoft Support. Also, what about hard resetting your Xbox?

    Go to
    https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage
    look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

    If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

    Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
    Yes to confirm.

    Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.
