i cant send messages to my friends on xbox one some one help

You cant send or view skype voice messages on xbox 1s skype app. One of my friends sent one and i cant open or send voice messages on xbox 1 even skype. Microsoft you need some teens or twenty something year olds on your team im not trying to age discriminate
but the xbox 360 developers and younger gen know what we want.

i can send messages but it still has the error thing but they still send but when i go to invite ppl to a party my xbox freezes someone please help

??? and cant accsept friend requests im prob only one in the world still with probs

I would suggest that if you haven't already, then I would suggest trying the steps outline

Why can't I send messages from my Xbox One or the Xbox app?

Im also having this same issue for a week now cant read messages but i can send them and my friends recieve them and when i get messages i get notifications but cant see messages would love some help asap
