i can't send messages to friends because of my past behavior....but my acount is clean !!

Hello (sorry for my english) , i'm new on xbox live and i can't send messages to friends because of my past behavior, but my acount is clean

Can't message friends

I get a error saying I can't send a message to my friend because of past behavior.

The account is 5 minutes old and I have no past behavior. Why can't I send a message?

 

Help

i tried to send my friend a message and a message popped up on my screen saying "Choose something else to do

Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages." What does this mean?

 

I've already contact the xbox technical support and they told me to create a topic here.
