I can't send messages to anyone

Hi,

I recently bought a xbox one s and i wanted to message a friend but i keep getting "messaging isnt working for your accoung" so i went to
https://enforcement.xbox.com/home to check my record and it says that I have a perfect record and my reputation says "good player", then i tried to message him using the xbox website on my pc and it told me that
"Because of your past behaviour, you will not be able to send any messages". What should i do to fix it?

I can't send messages!

Since october I have not been able to send messages without reason. I get an error that says "Messages are not working on your account...", they tell me that I should check enforcement.xbox.com, but everything is ok. I have seen
more people with this problem and no solution! What's going on?

You probably are under a communication suspension, check your mailbox as you should receive a mail, also check your

Enforcement History.

 

Just checked my mail and there's nothing about a suspension only "welcome to microsoft team" etc and my enforcement history is perfect

 

I've fixed it, all i had to do is verify my account by phone.
