I cant send messages through my xboxone tried everything but nothing works .... need help ...

Sorry for the issue with sending messages. Do you get any error any message? You could go to the
enforcement site and see if your account is suspended which would prevent you from sending messages. When you go to .site just log in it will say you have perfect record or show a
hammer and a suspension. If you don't have suspension try a
Power cycle of the console

I’ve done everything everyone has told me to do for my account. I also put my account on another xbox to see if it would change anything and nothing works. Not sure what type of glitch is going on. I can talk in party chat and team chat but still cant
message. I tried checking my reputatiok but it keeps telling me that it cant send messages to the numbers i give.

Go to
https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage
look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
Yes to confirm.

Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.

to a phone number to prove you're a real human; it seems that you've gone through that a few times.

The situation you're describing sounds more like a console issue rather than an account issue. That Skype reputation link is really for users that cannot access their messages on all platforms, which is clearly not the case for you. What I would need to
know is the exact error you receive when you attempt to send a message. This can be in either a text reply here or an image of your screen when you get the error. From there, we'll be able to focus on any troubleshooting steps that might not have been done
yet, and get it sorted out together.

Yes I've tried it, it seems to just redirect you to Microsoft's account summary page.
