    I can’t send messages on Xbox


    hey Everyone,

    I just got an Xbox and now when I try to message my friend or even anyone there’s a message saying you can’t send messages in your Xbox account and it brings me to the fix messaging link and I tried everything it told me to.

    I haven’t done anything that could get me banned all I did was play Fortnite and I didn’t use the chat in that

    Sooo I was playing CoD ghosts and I was camping... (yeah I’m a bitch) and a guy texted me saying that I was doing bad by camping, so I thought and I decided to apologize for what I did.

    So I was there, writing my message, I finished it and send it, but oh no! Surprise I got an “advert” or something like that about o can’t send messages I can’t send messages on Xbox :(

    Hey there, you will need to update your
    billing and security     info before you will be able to send messages. Once you have done this try again and let us know if you are still unable to do so.

    Hey BossHonkey83! If support is still working on the issue, they are most likely the best place to follow up but there are a few steps you can try just in case. Check out the "Why

    Have you tried to delete the app and redownload it? That may refresh it. You can also try to turn your phone off and then on and that may also refresh it.
