    i cant send messages on xbox one for some reason


    I cant seem to send messages on Xbox one or the Xbox app but i haven't been banned from communications. It doesn't give me an error code when i click the help button, rather it just tells me "Messaging isn't working for your account."
    and sends me to a support page. I tried all the recommendations such as hard resetting my console but nothing works. Help?

    i got my xbox one in june and for some reason i cant send messages through xbox one i can only send messages from the xbox 360 is anyone else having issuse with this

    Messages cant send or delete

    For some reason i cant delete messages on xbox or send them. When i try to send them it says "message didnt send". I can delete them by going on the web but still cannot send them. Im not communication banned or anything. I can send invites np, only one
    account is affected.
