    I cant send messages on my xbox one

    Everytime I try to send a message, it doesnt go through, so i went to tech support, then i got transferred to another agent and iive tried everything to fix it but nothing has worked.

    I have had similar issues with this in the past, have you tried to perform a hard reset of your console by holding down the power button on the console for 10 seconds?
