    hey Everyone,

    I just got an Xbox and now when I try to message my friend or even anyone there’s a message saying you can’t send messages in your Xbox account and it brings me to the fix messaging link and I tried everything it told me to.

    I haven’t done anything that could get me banned all I did was play Fortnite and I didn’t use the chat in that

    Update your billing info, add a phone number to your security info and validate it.

    After that, delete the profile from your console, download the profile and try again to send a message.

    Cant Send Voice Message?

    You cant send or view skype voice messages on xbox 1s skype app. One of my friends sent one and i cant open or send voice messages on xbox 1 even skype. Microsoft you need some teens or twenty something year olds on your team im not trying to age discriminate
    but the xbox 360 developers and younger gen know what we want.
