    Is my Xbox Broken?

    ok so I’ve been trying to send messages for over a week now and I can’t, I did the rep check and I was ok, checked to see if my account was suspended for some reasons and it wasn’t “perfect record” and idk what to do anymore . I also checked my privacy
    settings it was clear

    Can’t sign into Xbox one account

    For some reason I can’t sign into my Xbox account. I have shutdown my Xbox for over a night and still can’t sign in, I can’t find anyone’s with the same problem as me. This is the message that appears on my screen no error code nothing. Plz help

    Hey there!

    Be sure you check out https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/xbox-live/cant-send-messages and try the steps there. Also make sure you go to https://account.xbox.com/en-US/settings and check all of your settings there for messaging and communications to
    make sure you do not have anything blocked.

    same here. I got my account suspended for one day and afterwards i couldn't send messages for some reason. And idk how to fix it.

    Is there a chance your friend accidentally blocked you? The only reason I am asking that is because you can’t send messages to them or hear them in the party chat.

    Hey there, you will need to update your
    billing and security     info before you will be able to send messages. Once you have done this try again and let us know if you are still unable to do so.
