Discus and support I can't send messages on any platform. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can receive messages but I can't send them back.     I can't send messages on any platform.


    I can receive messages but I can't send them back. It keeps saying that you can't send it and I have to go to the Xbox website. Which I have done, nothing has helped. This happens on all platforms. For example Xbox One and mobile. However, I can send messages
    from in a party. Just not directly to a player. Is there anything you can do to help me?

    I've not been allowed to send messages since the last update, and now I'm not allowed to renew my Xbox Live!

    Try going to the enforcement website to see if you have been communication blocked. If that doesn't work, try logging out of the app and logging back in.
