I can't send messages, It keeps saying error and when I click on the help link its just dead

it wouldn't connect to an agent, when I tried. also if I click that its about an account ban it says there is no one to help me with that issue and sends me in link clicking circles

Same thing happens to me, but I live in the U.S. and it only started happening a few weeks ago. I barely send messages and when I do send one I get an error saying "Error message could not be sent" Eventually If I keep clicking it; the message is eventually
sent. I doubt it is my network. I deleted my profile yesterday and it stopped for awhile then started again.

i click on that link then click on need more help then on contact xbox gamer then filll in options and then when i click on send question it said there is an error

Hello. Ok. I keep trying to change it. The money thing doesn't come up anymore. The gamertag I have chosen is available and I click Yes, I want this gamer tag. Then the page freezes and I try to click refresh and its frozen then it comes up with this error
message:

HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.

And even when I clicked your link above it says Bad REquest and same error message.

I'm trying to do this on my Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 (online) vs on the xbox. On the xbox Console I've got to the point where I can change my gamer tag but I can't figure out how to back out my current gamer tag and start "typing" in what I want
for my new gamer tag and I'm afraid it will just select something new for me and then, that's it, I've used my one time free gamertag change.

I can't even sign in on xbox live. The link isn't clickable. Xbox is hard.

We'd be happy to help you but can you elaborate what you mean by it did nothing when you went to the site?

Sign in to Xbox.com by clicking the top right icon. From the same icon, select Xbox profile and then go messages. What does it say on the page and what does it say after you send a message? Does it literally do nothing when you send and the message just
never sends?

Give us more information on how the error occurs and what happens immediately after trying to send a message.
