i cant send messages im not banned

Could you provide us with extra information please? What exactly happens when you try to send a message? Are you able to send a message from Xbox.com?

From your Xbox One dashboard, open up the guide menu and scroll down to the settings cog. Select, "Restart console" from there and see if that helps at all.

Im trying to text my friends but it say i cant text them and im not banned

If you have a ban, there should be a screen that pops up telling you that you have a ban every time you log on.

If that screen downt come up you dont have a ban so try restarting your Xbox.

Been over a month now since my ban ended, and still cant chat or send messages.

look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
Yes to confirm.

Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.
