    I can't send messages from xbox 360.."Process can't be completed". No network problems and all test are good. I have an active Gold Membership.

    Can't connect to Xbox live.

    I also followed this steps, but they aren't working.

    As usual, I get a message 'Disconnected from xbox live'.

    Oh, and when signed in i can't even read my friend's voice messages (after 'loading' it says "The process can't be completed").

    XBOX 360 Smartglass

    I have an XBOX 360 Slim Wi Fi enabled Connected to a Windows 8.1 PC.

    I have no problems connecting with XBOX Live but XBOX 360 Smartglass says can't find your console.

    I did the network test and Computer test on the xbox and all appears ok. It appears there is a problem with XBOX Live Or Smartglass.

    It seems downright deceptive of Microsoft to let this topic just sit untouched. We know they want us 360 users to just go away. Even though we won't, their refusal to support us is the behavior of a company that does not deserve our business. I'm glad this
    obvious ignoring the 360 community happened before I got my Xbox One. It was going to be under the Christmas tree, but now I think a PlayStation will be there instead. Some product that has nothing to do with the shambles Microsoft has become since Bill Gates
    turned away from it, and left it in the hands of the incompetent.

    Hi Mister Cizl. Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you. It doesn't seem to matter what platform the messages are coming from. Also the problem seems to have gotten worse as of today. I am now getting an error message when trying to send a message on
    my Xbox 360. It is saying "Can't complete this process. Please try again. For more info, visit www.xbox.com/support". So frustrating.
