I cant send messages even though my account is verified

I have been trying to send messages to my friends on xbox and when i do it says it can't send, I've checked the help page and it says it could be because I've sent too many messages but it can't be as I haven't sent any and it also says it could be because
your account is not verified when it is, I've checked that i have not been banned which it asks you to check and I'm not so is there anything else i can do to get them to work?

Im confused because i cant talk, play online or send messages even though i do not talk send messages with inappropriate laungauge. and apparently its a permanent suspension on my account. They told me to come here because they said my xbox has been banned
even though my xbox one is perfectly normal. So im really consfused.,

Can not send message to my friend even though account in good standing with Xbox Live

Even though having an active Xbox Live Gold membership and account in good standing, can't send any message to my friend. I can receive the messages though.

Also, tried everything as listed here: Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App? and still the same, `Message failed to send`. Please help, thank you.

Sorry to hear about the messaging issue persisting. The thing is that specific message send you to our article

"Why can't I send messages from my Xbox One or the Xbox App?" which this article indicates you need to add a phone number so you can receive a text with a verification code to be able to verify your account and send messages.

I understand you mention not having a phone, by any chance would a parent or a sibling be able to add their number to verify your account? If so give it a shot and follow the steps on the article.

Have you checked to see if you have a suspension at enforcement.xbox.com? if that is not the case try the following

Thanks but I clicked on the link and it never helped me. All it did was got me to verify my account. I never got a chance to contact the enforcement team about this.
