I CANT SEND MESSAGES AND NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME FIX IT!!!

TO WHOM EVER IS READING THIS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE... Christmas I was gifted a brand new xbox one console that came with a 14 day Xbox Gold trial (which doesn't end until Jan. 22, 2017).. Set up of the system was fine I was able to
download and purchase GTA V.. Outlast was free and YouTube app.. everything was fine until I tried messaging my family and friends and a message error would pop up time after time! I have tried everything.. contacting chat support was NO help at all and they
took FOREVER at a time to get back with me. One of the tech supports whose name was Marvin and he told me too purchase the full subscription of Xbox Gold to get all of the features and still I am having the same problem (I guess he thought it would help me
with messaging.. what way to get a sale in...) anyways matter of fact I was up until almost 4:30 this morning with the 2 different chat support and still nothing helped the error message from popping up. So I am asking can someone please help me with my console
and hep resolve this issue because I have spent money with you guys and I deserve better customer service than this!! And word to Xbox CEO: These online link-to-link following instructions SUCK!! NOTHING HELPED!! && Having ONLY chat support after hours is
a JOKE!! You guys need to have the call center open at all times especially at night when MOST gamers are up playing and having trouble with their system!! I have looked into this issue and have found that there are other people that are experiencing the SAME
issue regardless of the steps taking to fix this BUG..

Cant send messages

Every time i try to send a message i get an error saying message didnt send, on the xbox 360 i was able send messages but when i go my xbox one, im no longer able to, i tried to fix it using the only option that showed up (sending an error code to my phone
and hard restarting my xbox) but it didnt work.

my messages got shut off FOR NO REASON, I have never been able to message since I have gotten this account it says because my past behaviour bet again never been able to message
