I Can't Send Messages and I'm Not Even Banned or Suspended!

I try to send a message to someone but it pops up a message saying that I can't send messages due to my past behavior. But I did nothing wrong!! Then I go to microsoft support and the support guy checks my account and lets me know that it's free of suspensions
and bans. That's good to know, but I still can't send messages! It must be a bug or glitch in xbox live. Whatever it is, it needs to be fixed!

Suspended from sending messages to other players.

Hello. For a few weeks now i can't send messages to other players on console (or on xbox.com page). All i get is that for some past behaviour i am suspended from sending messages. I have no idea why i am suspended. I have never send and rude messages to
any1 or said anything in the chat. What could be done with it? I can't even start chat with support member because in the graphs where must be my 1st and 2nd name i have "???????" symbols and i'm not able to correct them.

security proofs next. We generally see this resolve most people having issues with messaging.

Give that a go and let us know if it works or not.

The account.live.reputationcheck site requires a code that is to be recieved by a cellphone text. I have no cellphone around to do that with. Microsoft should take that into account and make it so you could get a security code from a certain email address.

At this time, a cell phone is going to be required for this process. If you have a friend/family member with a cell phone, you can ask if you can have the code sent to theirs however there is no alternative at this time.

Il Frontal

I have done all this and it's saying that I have no active bans. However I still can't send messages (multiplayer is working fine). I even can't send messages on the xbox app on my phone. Maybe they randomely extended my ban but
I can't see it? I feel like this issue should not happen, especially considering the fact that my ban alone was a bit unnecessary. (But that's not why I'm here)
