i cant send message for my xo

Sorry to hear you can't send messages. So that we can best help out, can you please clarify what happens when you try to send a message? Do you get an error message? Let us know

^ You can send messages via Smartglass without disturbing what you're doing on XO. There is a separate message function that doesn't involve connecting to/going through your XO.

look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
Yes to confirm.

Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.

Hey, Vapid by any chance do you have a communications ban on your account? Have you tried calling Microsoft Support. Also, what about hard resetting your Xbox?
