i cant send message and am not banned i have lost alot of freind cause i can retext them

I have jus got my xbox live 1 month free but my freinds show as offline. They can send msg to me and i get them right away but when they send me a game invite it says i cant join cause i am not freinds with anyone on that game z help already lost 2 days
on my freinds trial

i would also like to be added, i only have one freind with this game, and since i dont have gold anymore i cant message him to create a contract and send it to me so i can get the acheivement.

i was banned by an ambassador because i disagreed with one of his friends, his friend messaged the ambassador, told him to ban me and he did...cant trust alot of them on here

look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
Yes to confirm.

Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.
