    I bought my xbox one 2 weeks ago but I cant send any messages. I have been trying almost everyday to get a message out but I cant send anything. I then went to the info page and that said " Your account might be banned or try to verify your microsoft
    account with your phone otherwise message on forums ". I have done the verification, and my account cant be banned because I literally just got my xbox, If anyone can help me with this, please do!

    You might be able to apply for a case review on the
    Enforcement website    , but unfortunately there's nothing we on the forums can do about communication suspensions.
