I can't send any messages on my Xbox one and I don't know why.

    Every time I try to send a message from my Xbox one it says "Cannot send message", I tried to fix it by doing what it told me to do but it still won't work. Help?

    i don't know why but i can't send a message on a xbox.... my account is no blocked i see... and i have a good reputation.... so i not understand why i can't send a message.... help me thanks

    Why I can't send messages ?

    I can't send messages on my Xbox One or on any device with my Xbox account.

    I don't know why and Xbox Support info didn't helped.

    I was able to send messages but after a few months later I can't.

    I'm not banned or suspended, I know because I checked my reputation on Xbox enforcement and it says that I have a perfect record and I checked if I had any case and I don't have any.

    Every time when I tried to send a message a text appear saying "Message isn't working for your account."

    So, please if anyone knows how to fix it let me know in the comments (If it is a complicated thing a step-by-step instructions would be better for me)

    There is many things that can cause this issue to happen, can you please provide a few more details? Are you seeing a specific error message? Are you able to send or receive a message on xbox.com?
