    If you think you may have gotten a suspension please check the with your gamertag associated emailbox. You may also go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com to check for reports on your reputation.

    If not being suspended it would be very helpful to have the exact error message you receive.

    I'm sorry to see any issues with messaging on your account. If you have no active suspensions on your account when checking the
    Enforcement site, you could have a Skype block on your account. Follow the steps on our

    can't send messages page     to resolve that issue.
