    I cant seem to sign in on my xbox


    Hi guys my console doesn't want to sign me in, when i switch on my console it says sign in and then i click my profile then loading screen changes and becomes white, what can i do!? I tried rebooting and deleting my account and still it did not work out

    its an xbox one. No error message comes up, it just wont sign in. The system itself seems fine, it seems to be with the microsoft sign in and ive got months left on my recent account. Ive done the hard reset and even tried removing my gamertag and then adding
    it again but now i cant even get passed the “add new” on the sign in page.

    Im out of idea and really frustrated at this point

    Cannot connect xbox live

    To xbox live staff, I just notice something that you could fix this. It seem like some people having same problem that we cant sign in with profile and xbox live at the same time, so i have to go to test my network every time to connect live first then sign
    in later.

    forcing new update = cant connect to LIVE?

    I tried to roll back to the previous update and it re-booted my xbox, but then went back to the dashboard, same dashboard, no update, and still cant sign in. This isn't permanent is it? It seems above the I'm not the only one with this problem.
