I can't seem to get upnp to work while using my hot spot and every thing I look at talks...

your hotspot is the router

You would have to contact the manufacturer or your Internet provider for support on the device. All those things take place on the router

Im having the same problem. I use a hot spot and every game is working besides modern warfare

AKAMRBLAZANGAME Have you tried re-creating the hot spot? I mean creating new password and renaming it? I've had the same problem with computer while using phone created hot spot. Changed password and renamed it and it started working

Upnp not on. My t mobile hot spot does not have router config options so how do enable upnp without it so i can use xbox app on xbox 1x to install appys

My friend also has t-mobile internet and runs into the same issue as well. Unfortunately there isnt a fix. since the tmobile internet runs off cell towers and effectively puts you behind whats called "cgnat" (look it up), you don't have your own public ip address and therefore can't do things like upnp or port forwarding.

My buddy has essentially always had either a moderate or strict nat type for years ever since switching to tmobile internet.
