    I can't seem to accues my rewards


    Hi I been rewards member for years it says it switch to canada but I can't seem to accues my rewards I do live in canada Ont. or do I have to start all over again?

    can't accuse my setting the hole left side friends and when I am playing my games and hit my home button it does not bring me home just pauses finest bring to my home page

    As mentioned on the rewards page when you log in, Xbox Live Rewards in Canada is becoming Microsoft Rewards. For more information, here is the FAQ link on that page (Xbox Live Rewards).
